■ PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Leveling agent GLP588 is a polyacrylate with silica carrier. It's developed especially to correct surface imperfection, such as craters, pinhole and eye-fishes, It gives very good flow. GLP588 may be applied in all types of powder coatings.

■ Application

GLP588 may be applied in epoxy, hybrid, polyester, polyurethane and acrylic powder coatings. It can eliminate the orange peel and craters of film effectively. As a free flow powder, it's easily incorporated into powder coating formulation by the standard dry blended operation and homogenized with resin and other components to form a uniform system. The dosage of GLP588 in formulation is about 0.5~1.2%wt, based on total coating. The precise amount should be try in the Lab.
