■ PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Luvotix R-RF is a thixotropic agent based on inorganically-modified hydrogenated castor oil. Luvotix R-RF is specifically designed for the incorporation in powder from.


■ PERFPRMANCE FEATURES

Luvotix R-RF effectively controls the rheology and flow properties of coating and putty systems. Advantages during application and storage are:

■ PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

The incorporation requires time and temperature controlled shearing. Luvotix R-RF must be added at the beginning of the dispersion process and premixed in the solvent/binder or vehicle. The pigments, fillers and other components are then added followed by high shear dispersion for 15-20 minutes. For optimum processing and efficiency, the dispersing temperature should be controlled within the following recommended rages:
